14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, provided you have not used a substantial portion of your monthly application quota (more than 20%).

EU Consumer Rights

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase. By using the Service immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be reduced, but we honour the full 14-day period regardless.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Subscription or via the Stripe Customer Portal
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain full access to your plan until the period ends
  • No partial refunds for unused time after the 14-day window

How to Request a Refund

Email support@jobpilotx.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We process refunds within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions

  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds
  • Promotional or coupon-based subscriptions may have different refund terms
  • Free plan users are not eligible (no payment was made)
